The process

Scanned, built, made, fitted.

Traditional bespoke takes multiple appointments and weeks of back and forth. This takes about fifteen minutes in a shopping centre.

Timeline

From scan to wardrobe

  1. Day 0

    Scan and order

You step into the scan booth fully clothed. The system captures your body shape and converts it to a full set of tailoring measurements. You then build the suit on the terminal and pay a deposit or in full.

  2. Day 1

    Approved and sent

Our team reviews your measurements and spec, then releases the production sheet to our tailoring partner.

  3. Weeks 1–3

    Cut and made

Your cloth is cut to your pattern — not a stock block. Jacket, trousers and any shirts are made, then quality checked.

  4. Week 4

    Delivered or fitted

Choose home delivery, or collect at the kiosk with a final fit check included. Anything that needs adjusting gets adjusted.

  5. Forever

    Reorder in minutes

Your profile and measurements are saved. Next suit, next shirt, next colour — order it without scanning again.

Questions

The bits everyone asks about

What actually happens in the body scan?

You stand in the booth in normal clothing for about 60 seconds. It captures your silhouette and produces the measurements a tailor needs — chest, waist, seat, sleeve, inseam, shoulder slope and posture. No one touches you and no one photographs you.

Where is my measurement data stored?

Securely, against your customer profile, and only after you tick consent. It's used to make your garments and to let you reorder. You can request a copy or ask us to delete it at any time.

Do you send my personal details overseas?

Our tailoring partner receives your order number, measurements and selections — not your full name, phone or email.

What if the fit isn't right?

Bring it back. A final fit check and standard alterations are included, done in-house by our alterations team.

How long does it take?

Around four weeks door to door. Tell us if you're on a deadline — weddings and formals get prioritised.

Fifteen minutes. That's it.
